1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the IOAF Learning Portal, including all online courses, educational materials, community features, memberships, events, and related services.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a purchase, or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.

3. Student Accounts

You are responsible for:

• notifying IOAF immediately of unauthorised use

Accounts may not be shared with others.

4. Course Enrollment

Enrollment provides access only to the course purchased.

IOAF reserves the right to:

• change schedules due to unforeseen circumstances

These changes will not reduce the educational value of the programme.

5. Tuition & Payments

• Payment plans, where offered, remain legally binding until paid in full.

• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

• Certificates will not be issued until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Digital products are non-refundable.
• Course tuition is generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Requests relating to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of IOAF.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• participate respectfully
• complete assessments honestly
• comply with educator instructions
• avoid plagiarism or academic misconduct
• maintain professional conduct within the learning community.

Academic dishonesty may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Certification

Certificates are awarded only after:

• successful completion of required coursework
• completion of practical requirements (where applicable)
• successful assessment
• full payment of tuition

IOAF reserves the right to withhold certification where programme requirements have not been met.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• videos
• presentations
• manuals
• PDFs
• quizzes
• logos
• graphics
• lesson materials
• trademarks

remain the exclusive property of the Institute of Advanced Foot Care.

Users may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• sell
• redistribute
• upload
• modify
• teach from
• or commercially exploit any IOAF materials without written permission.

10. Community Standards

Users must not:

• harass other members
• upload unlawful content
• post offensive material
• spam
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with platform security

Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

• IOAF provides professional education.
